Such a Great Experience

I entered Miss Morecambe and Lancaster after a friend saying I should give it a go, it’s an experience after all.

The best part was meeting so many amazing girls, making some friends that I know will be around for a long time.

Entering the competition helped me boost my self confidence, and public speaking.

It is such a great experience, definitely worth it. You meet some lifelong friends!

I’m definitely considering doing it again next year.

Boosted My Confidence

I wanted to enter Miss Morecambe and Lancaster myself, but thought I’d be much younger than the other contestants so I never bothered. My mum secretly entered me, I’m glad she did though.

I enjoyed the rehearsals most and the going out with the rest of the girls before the event, it was great getting to know them.

I would definitely say Miss Morecambe and Lancaster boosted my confidence and made me realise my age shouldn’t hold me back.

You should definitely enter, it’s such a fantastic day. Not just for you, but for your family and friends too. It’s lovely getting all dressed up and looking your best and the other girls are great.

I really did have an awesome day!

Everyone Is So Friendly

One of my friends made me fill in the online application for Miss Morecambe and Lancaster, and after that it made me feel really confident about myself.

The best part was raising the money for the chosen charity. Being given so many ideas as well as support and help turned out to be a really rewarding experience that was fun to carry out.

Taking part made me realise that beauty contests are not just about how good a person looks on the outside but how they contribute to society and what kind of person they are.

Everything was perfect the amount of support and time given from the people involved was outstanding. Just being able to text the organisers if there was a problem and get advice or help. There was no pressure and everyone is so friendly.

I think that more people need to know what the Miss competitions actually do. It was a brilliant experience.

Do It!

I have always wanted to be involved in a competition like this but I never had the confidence, since my step-dad passed away it made me realise that I have to live my life how I wanted because life’s too short. So I built up enough confidence to enter.

The best part of the whole experience was meeting new friends and looking glam.

If you’re thinking of entering do it! The experience is great and you get to meet new friends for life. Plus it was a great confidence boost for me and many others.

Fantastic Experience

I entered Miss Morecambe and Lancaster to gain more confidence with myself and to take part in something that I wouldn’t usually feel comfortable doing to gain confidence.

The best part of the whole experience was making lots of new friends and making my family proud.

Taking part in Miss Morecambe and Lancaster made me realise I’m more confident then I give myself credit for as it can be very daunting standing on a stage in front of lots of people.

If you’re thinking of entering do it!!! You will have a fantastic experience, gain tons of confidence, make your friends and family proud and get to feel like a princess for one night!
